Now all we need is for them to overhaul all of the administration interface with the stuff from the Shuttle Project. One of the best changes they made to the admin panel in 2.1 was making all those damned RSS feeds in the dashboard load in the background AFTER the dashboard loads. I can't tell you how silly it was to log in and have your important recent activity panel not load because the umpteen wordpress blogs were getting hammered with feed requests. Now I don't need to whittle away at code in wp-admin.php anymore. Wee!
The other thing I love is the crontab that lets the database backup plugin automatically backup the database and e-mail you the file hourly, daily, weekly, or monthly. I have it set up to send the file to my Gmail account every Saturday at 5:30 AM.
