I love the small farm-type settings of the Woodford and Maker's Mark distilleries. Compare these with places like the Jim Beam distillery, which looks more like a power plant.

It's so nice that we both appreciate classic, time-honored ways of creating things. I would've loved to see my grandfather creating furniture and building houses by hand. Of course, you are a great lover of cutting-edge technology and gadgets, as this blog attests. You're just awesome enough to understand that old-fashioned stuff can be good too.
